Returns and Exchanges
We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including vinyl records, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
The National Music Centre gift shop ships internationally using your local post provider. Shipping time and costs will vary depending on the delivery destination and weight of your order. Shipping prices are automatically generated based on those factors and are subject to change depending on current market, size, or weight of your order. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before purchase.
You will be notified when your package is dropped at the post office and tracking will be available at that time if you have selected a tracking option. National Music Centre is not responsible for delays due to weather, strike, other conditions, or delayed processing by the post office.
Local Pick Up
If you live in the Calgary area and wish to pick up your order from Studio Bell, you can select Pick Up from the order confirmation options prior to checking out. Pick ups are available on Saturday and Sunday each week. Your order pick up information and location will be emailed to you when ready.
